The Harvard Kennedy School- Program in Criminal Justice Policy and Management has been a valuable evaluator and operational partner to the J.C. Flowers Foundation since it began its work in Parolee Re-entry in 2010.
As the Foundation's work in Parolee Re-Entry has expanded, so has the relationship between the Foundation and the School of Government's Program in Criminal Justice Policy and Management.

New York Re-Entry Study
With the assistance of the J.C. Flowers Foundation, the faculty of the Program in Criminal Justice Policy & Management proposes a longitudinal survey of 150 New York state prisoners newly-released to New York City, examining the employment, family life, housing, and health of men and women just released from prison. The New York study will parallel a baseline study already conducted in Boston in 2012
